Refund policy

We hope our pieces are loved by you as much as we love them. However, if your purchase isn’t as expected and you have changed your mind, you may be entitled to receive a refund or store credit. 
Kindly note customers will cover all return shipping costs. Use your preferred carrier or regular mail. THS is not liable for lost/damaged returns. Email hello@thehappinessstore.ca with your name, order number, purchase date, photos, and reason for return.
Your return must:
-Be unused, unaltered and in original condition
-Have no signs of scratches or dents
-Packed in the original jewellery box or pouch
-Reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 

Once your return is received, we will advise if you are eligible for a refund/credit.

If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at hello@thehappinessstore.ca with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the item and the reason for return.
Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.
