GENERAL INQUIRIES
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to almost every country, with the exception of a few. All available countries will be shown at checkout.
What if I want to ship my order as a gift?
We do not include any receipts in our packages, so the person receiving the package will not know the price. If you would like us to add a special note, please request it in the notes section of your cart :)
What material is your product made with?
Our pieces are made with stainless steel unless otherwise stated. Stainless steel is a durable, hypoallergenic, eco-friendly, and recyclable material.

Order Modifications
If your order has not yet been processed, we can modify your order. Please email us for order modification: hello@thehappinessstore.ca . Please include your order number in the subject line
Order Cancellations
We strive to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible! It is therefore not possible to cancel an order. If the item has not been packed, we will try our best to accomodate the cancellation. Please email at hello@thehappinessstore.ca. Please include your order number in the subject line
Order Processing Times
We know how excited you are to receive your order, so that's why we work hard to have it processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that during sales, and special promotions it may take up to 4-6 business days for order processing. This estimate is not inclusive of shipping times.
You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order has been processed!
Warranty
We're is happy to offer a 2 months warranty on all pieces (sale items exempt), effective from date of delivery.
If your piece breaks, is faulty or damaged in any way, we will ship out a replacement. To begin a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, photos and description of damage.

Where is my package?
Your tracking number will always have the most up-to-date information about your package. Should you have any questions about your package, you must contact the courier directly as we only know what is shown on the tracking page.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping times are typically 2-5 business days for Canada and 4-7 business days for the US. For international orders, please allow 4-6 weeks or more for delivery.
Please note that shipping estimates are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Sometimes there are delays in transit that are unfortunately, out of ur control. Your tracking will always have the most up to date information!
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipping within Canada and the US will not incur any additional duties, taxes, or fees.
Any orders shipping outside of North America will be subject to duties & taxes. Payment of these fees is the buyer's responsibility and is determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot control these fees.
Lost Packages
Kindly note that once the courier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is delayed, lost or stolen.
If you have opted for tracked shipping, this includes insurance that equals to the total value of the products after discounts. In the case your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, we can file a claim. Kindly notify me and I will open a ticket. Please also confirm if you’d like a refund or if you’d like us to reship your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping worldwide on orders valued at $85 and more. Your order total must equal $85 after discounts and before taxes to qualify. Gift card purchases are not applicable towards free shipping.
RETURN RELATED
We offer 30-day returns for all customers. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items must be in all original packaging (pouches, boxes)
All below items are non-returnable/refundable:
- Gift cards
- Products from our "sale" section
Returns due to skin reactions that may occur while wearing our pieces are not accepted. Customers must use their own discretion when purchasing.
Any items purchased with a discount of 20% or more can only be returned for store-credit or exchange. This excludes items from our "sale" section, which are final sale.
In the case that we are running a sale and further reduce our prices during the same sale/promotion, orders that are already placed will not be reduced further.
I received my order and it was damaged, what should I do?
Please send us an email at hello@thehappinessstore.ca with your name, order number, a brief description of the damage and pictures of the damaged items(s).
What if I receive the incorrect item(s)?
Whooops! We're sorry about that. Send us an email at hello@thehappinessstore.ca and we will sort it out ASAP.
