Returns
We hope you love our pieces as much as we do! However, if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations and you’ve changed your mind, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may use your preferred shipping method. The Happiness Store is not liable for lost or damaged returns. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@thehappinessstore.ca with your name, order number, purchase date, photos of the item, and the reason for the return.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
- Show no signs of scratches or dents
- Be packed in its original jewelry box or pouch
- Reach us within 30 days of receiving your order
Once we receive your return, we’ll assess whether you are eligible for a refund or store credit.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you’ve received a defective item or an incorrect order, email us at hello@thehappinessstore.ca with the subject line: “Return #OrderNumber” within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the item and the reason for the return. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request.
